Termination

Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the Company's and its suppliers' entire liability under these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you haven't purchased anything.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy related to the use or inability to use the Service, third-party software/hardware, or otherwise in connection with these Terms), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply. In such cases, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

 (i) the operation or availability of the Service, or its content/products; 

(ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; 

(iii) the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information provided; or

(iv) that the Service, its servers, content, or emails are free of viruses or other harmful components.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.


Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to achieve its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to exercise a right or require performance under these Terms does not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require performance later, nor does a waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.


Translation Interpretation

If these Terms have been translated for you, the original English text shall prevail in case of a dispute.


Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.
